Refund and Return Policy

GRK Perfume strives to provide an exceptional shopping experience. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, items cannot be returned once delivered.
Our products contain active natural extracts and ingredients. Damages caused by neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under this policy. This also excludes issues arising from specific sensitivities to a product or ingredient. Customers are advised to perform a patch test as cautioned on the product packaging.

GRK Perfume is not responsible for any damage after the delivery of the products.
An unboxing video showing the original packaging is mandatory for claims related to missing items, leakage, breakage, or incorrect products.
To claim a refund, email us at refund@grkperfume.com with necessary images and videos related to your claim, using the subject line “Refund For [Order ID].”
If a package is tampered with, damaged, or defective, refuse to accept it from the delivery partner and notify customer care immediately.
If your order is marked as delivered but not received, contact customer care within 3 days of the delivery notification. Claims made after this period will not be entertained.
Refunds do not include delivery charges as they are non-refundable by delivery partners.
For cash-on-delivery refunds, the amount will be transferred to the customer’s bank account within 4-7 working days after verification.
Refund claims must be made within 24 hours of order delivery, with all required details. If approved, refunds may take up to 15 days to be credited.
GRK Perfume will provide all relevant transaction details once the refund is initiated.

In cases of extreme damage during transit (leakage, broken items, missing items), refunds or exchanges may be initiated after thorough verification.
Customers must contact customer care within 24-48 hours of receiving a damaged, broken, or leaked product.

Orders can be canceled before dispatch from our warehouses. A gateway charge of 2.5% will be deducted for cancellation.
Refunds for paid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation approval.
Orders cannot be canceled once shipped. If a prepaid order is returned to the seller after shipment, ₹75 will be deducted from the refund amount.
